Common Login Problems


1.    I get sent back to Lesson 1 every time I log in.  Here's what you need to do:
  1. Open Internet Explorer (if you have it).
  2. Select "tools" then "internet options" then "privacy"
  3. Move the slider to the "medium" setting.
  4. Try again to log in.
2.    The system rejects my password even though I know it is the right one.  You probably need to open a separate browser
instead of just clicking on the URL to get there.  Here's what you need to do:
  1. Open a separate, stand-alone browser (like Internet Explorer or Netscape).
  2. Go to our login page here.
  3. Enter your full email address.
  4. Enter your password.
